Returns & Refund Policy
Can I return my order?
We will consider return and refund options on the merits of the request – and will always try to help if we can! Please direct any requests to email@example.com and will be happy to assist.
We do not offer any refund if you change your mind or find the same product or item cheaper elsewhere.
If you have opened and consumed any of the products, no refund or exchange can be given.
We accept online returns if you are not satisfied with your online purchase of full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org Items are to be unworn and with the original swing tags attached. If you wish to exchange for another size or different item, please pop in a pre-paid postage bag with your address on it so we can send out the new item straight away.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items so please choose carefully.
